This study investigates the rural revitalization activities served by science and technology commissioners from the two perspectives of science and technology commissioners and service objects,constructs a competency model of science and technology commissioners,and conducts a comparative analysis of the importance of indicators and satisfaction.The study found that in the context of rural revitalization,the competency model of science and technology commissioners includes 34 indicators in five dimensions:knowledge and experience,professional skills,attitude value,motivational traits and service performance.The science and technology commissioners believe that there are differences between the importance of knowledge and experience,professional skills,attitude value,motivational traits and service performance of science and technology service objects.Therefore,the selection and recruitment mechanism for science and technology commissioners serving rural revitalization should be standardized,the training system should be optimized,and the target assessment and incentive mechanism should be strengthened based on this competency model and customer satisfaction.
