Economic Contribution and Development Countermeasures of Patent-intensive Industries:Taking Tianjin as an example
In order to measure the contribution of patent-intensive industries to the economy of Tianjin,this paper takes the patent-intensive industries of Tianjin from 2016 to 2020 as the object,and studies the impact of four investment indicators,namely,manpower input,capital input,R&D scale and policy support,on the development of patent-intensive industries.The research shows that the ratio of patent-intensive industries to total industrial output value,new product export value and personnel labor expense of Tianjin during 2016-2020 is 35.24%,81.63%and 59.10%,respectively,which plays an important supporting role in the economic development of Tianjin.The main factors affecting the development of patent-intensive industries in Tianjin gradually changed from the internal expenditure of R&D funds,policy support and human capital investment to the scale of R&D activities,the investment of highly educated talents and the external expenditure of R&D funds.According to the research results,policy suggestions are put forward from the perspective of the cultivation and development of patent intensive industry.
