Generative Paths and Enhancement Strategies of Digital Village Construction Quality in County Areas:Qualitative Comparative Analysis of Fuzzy Sets Based on 48 Cases
Taking the cases of digital rural construction in 48 counties in China as the research object, based on the TOE framework, the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)method was used to exploratorily identify the linkage effects and adaptability options of technology, organization, and environmental conditions on improving the quality of county digital rural construction. The research found that:(1)The paths to drive the quality of high-level county digital village construction include the competitive pull type(technology+environment),the push-pull type(technology+organization+environment)and the supply-driven type(technology+organization);(2)Under certain conditions, the combination of technical, organizational and environmental can drive the formation of high-level digital village construction quality through different paths;(3)In terms of core conditions, the level of digitalization, intergovernmental competition pressure and attention allocation are the key factors that drive high-level digital village construction quality. It is proposed that local governments should give full play to their subjective initiative, accelerate the construction of county information infrastructure and strengthen attention allocation, and use differentiated action processes to open up a new situation for high-quality development of digital villages according to local conditions.
