数据要素赋能对人力资本升级的作用机制分析——基于国家级大数据综合试验区数据

以国家级大数据综合试验区作为实证场域,基于2011-2021年沪深A股上市公司数据,采用基准回归分析平行趋势检验方法检验了数据要素赋能对于企业人力资本升级的促进作用并进行相关的稳健性与异质性分析,在此基础上,对数据赋能效果的创新激励效应和规模扩张效应两者作用机制以及对企业低技能劳动力组别、雇佣规模以及人力资本相对结构的影响进行进一步探讨.研究结果表明,国家级大数据综合试验区建设的数据要素赋能功效有力推动了企业人力资本升级与人才队伍扩张,一系列的稳健性检验有力支撑了上述结论;企业层面产权性质与创新属性的不同、区域层面的地理区位与行政层级的区别导致了经营策略与资源禀赋差异,对企业人力资本升级产生了异质性影响;国家级大数据综合试验区建设畅通了企业数字化转型渠道,通过创新激励效应和规模扩张效应作用于人力资本升级进程;扩展性讨论表明,数据要素赋能也会增加部分低技能劳动力岗位,带来企业雇佣规模的扩张.因此,需要充分发挥数据要素的赋能功效,推动数据要素与企业生产经营过程的深度耦合,最终实现人力资本的优化升级,为培育壮大企业发展的新动能注入人才动力.
Analyzing the Mechanism of the Empowering Role of Data Elements in the Upgrading of Human Capital:A Case Study Based on National-level Big Data Comprehensive Experimental Zone Data
Employing the national-level big data comprehensive pilot zone as an empirical field and utilizing data from Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies spanning 2011 to 2021,this study employs benchmark regression analysis and parallel trend tests to examine the promoting role of data element empowerment in enterprise human capital upgrading.Robustness and heterogeneity analyses are conducted,followed by an exploration of the innovative incentive and scale expansion effects of data empowerment,along with their impacts on low-skilled labor categories,employment scale,and the relative structure of human capital in enterprises.Research results indicate that the data element empowerment initiated by the construction of the national-level big data comprehensive pilot zone robustly facilitates enterprise human capital upgrading and talent team expansion,supported by a series of robustness tests.Differences in enterprise-level property rights and innovation attributes,as well as regional variations in geographical location and administrative levels,result in heterogeneous impacts on enterprise human capital upgrading.The construction of the national-level big data comprehensive pilot zone opens avenues for enterprise digital transformation,influencing the human capital upgrading process through innovative incentive and scale expansion effects.Extended discussions suggest that data element empowerment also increases certain low-skilled labor positions,leading to the expansion of enterprise employment scale.Therefore,it is essential to fully leverage the empowering effects of data elements,promote the deep integration of data elements with the enterprise production and operation processes,ultimately achieving the optimal upgrading of human capital,and injecting talent-driven momentum into fostering and strengthening new dynamics for enterprise development.
