区块链技术驱动的动力电池闭环供应链信息共享机制及契约协调

为研究区块链技术应用对动力电池闭环供应链信息共享水平及供应链各主体最优决策的影响,构建由动力电池生产商和新能源汽车生产商组成的二级动力电池闭环供应链模型,分析由区块链技术驱动的动力电池供应链信息共享机制,及引入区块链后供应链的协调契约.研究发现:(1)"区块链+信息共享"可提高新能源汽车生产商的利润,当引入区块链的收益大于成本时,供应链总体和动力电池生产商的利润也会提高;(2)消费者对动力电池全生命周期信息敏感度和"区块链+信息共享"提升梯次利用率系数的增加会提高引入区块链的收益,随着区块链未参与时动力电池梯次利用率的增加,区块链参与带来的收益经过短暂提升但总体下降;(3)改进后的"成本分担+两部定价"协调契约可以对供应链系统内部进行协调,使供应链各参与者利润增加.
Blockchain Technology-driven Information Sharing Mechanism and Contract Coordination in Closed-loop Supply Chains for Power Battery
To study the impact of blockchain technology application on the level of information sharing in the closed-loop supply chain of power batteries and the optimal decision-making of various entities in the supply chain,a two-stage power battery closed-loop supply chain model composed of power battery manufacturers and new energy vehicle manufacturers is constructed,and the information sharing mechanism of power battery supply chain driven by blockchain technology is analyzed,as well as the coordination contract of supply chain after the introduction of blockchain.The results show that,(1)"blockchain+information sharing"can improve the profits of new energy vehicle manufacturers.When the benefits of introducing blockchain are greater than the costs,the profits of supply chain and power battery manufacturers will also increase;(2)Consumers'sensitivity to power battery life cycle information and the increase of"blockchain+information sharing"enhanced echelon utilization coefficient will increase the benefits of introducing blockchain.With the increase of power battery echelon utilization when blockchain is not involved,the benefits brought by blockchain participation will increase briefly but decrease overall;(3)The improved"cost sharing+two-part pricing"coordination contract can coordinate within the supply chain system and increase the profits of all participants in the supply chain.
