中国青年科技人才发展需求探索

以某机构面向全国各地的 437 名培训学员为研究对象,通过座谈访谈及问卷调查等手段开展调研,运用扎根理论的编码技术对座谈访谈资料进行数据处理,构建包含资源保障、创新环境、价值实现等三维度主体要素的青年科技人才发展需求体系框架.进一步按照需求体系框架开展深入研究,发现青年科技人才发展需求的主要问题是,资源条件保障方面时间精力不足、物质支持不足、发展平台局限、科研政策扶持力度不够,创新环境方面学术自由受限、交流互动不足、产学合作实施困难、缺乏团队协作,价值实现方面评价机制有待改善、成果转化应用机会不足、精神需求得不到满足、自我价值实现困难.建议相关部门积极主动贯彻落实《关于进一步加强青年科技人才培养和使用的若干措施》,紧密围绕研究发现问题多角度多渠道最大限度满足青年科技人才发展需求.
Exploring the Development Needs of Young Scientific and Technological Talents in China
This paper is designed to conduct an in-depth study on the development needs of Chinese young scientific and technological talents,and to understand the main problems encountered by this group in the process of professional development.Research process mainly draws on the root theory of data coding technology,through to 437 in a training program of young science and technology workers discussion records and questionnaire data analysis,build the resource guarantee,innovation environment,value to realize the three dimensions of young science and technology talents development demand system framework.On this framework for the corresponding data analysis,can be found that the main problem of young science and technology talent development demand is the lack of time resources,material support,limited development platform,scientific research policy support,innovation environment limited academic freedom,insufficient interaction,production cooperation difficulties,lack of teamwork,value implementation evaluation mechanism to improve,achievement application opportunities,spiritual demand not meet,self value realization difficulties.It is suggested that relevant departments should actively implement relevant policies,and closely meet the development needs of young scientific and technological talents from multiple perspectives and through multiple channels.
