The Impact of Institutional Induction on the Innovation of High-tech Manufacturing Enterprises:Taking High-tech Manufacturing Enterprises in the Pearl River Delta as an Example
This article first explores the institutional induction of enterprise innovation,and evaluates the impact of selective and inclusive institutional induction on substantive and strategic innovation of enterprises,respectively.Based on this,we use internal R&D institutions within the enterprise for regulatory analysis.Finally,this article conducts heterogeneity testing,robustness testing,and causality testing.The results show that:(1)Selective systems are better able to induce substantive innovations in enterprises,inclusive systems are better able to induce strategic innovations in enterprises;(2)Under the regulation of the enterprises'internal R&D institution,institutional induction has a more significant effect on the enterprises'substantive innovation;(3)Listed high-tech enterprises and key"Torch"high-tech enterprises can better highlight the effect of institutional induction.This confirms that the internal research institutions of enterprises have important practical significance for the innovation and improvement of high-tech manufacturing enterprises.The government should encourage and support high-tech enterprises to establish internal research and development institutions.
