In order to explore the influencing factors and mechanisms of the supply and demand matching of scientific and technological achievements in China's digital intelligence era,a conceptual model of the influencing factors of the supply and demand matching of scientific and technological achievements is constructed by sorting out the model and evolution of the supply and demand matching of scientific and technological achievements in China.The grounded theory and literature analysis methods are used to summarize influencing factors such as supply-side,demand-side,platform,policy,funding and technical factors,etc.The DEMATEL method is used to analyze the influence between influencing factors.Based on the analysis results,a mechanism for matching the supply and demand of scientific and technological achievements in China is proposed,changing from a supply-based model to a demand-driven supply model,transforming from upstream and downstream relationships to community relationships,transforming from a local platform to a wide-area platform,from informatization to intelligence,from single-point services to full-chain services and from technological development to multi-element integrated development.
