The Impact of Blockchain Food Traceability System on Consumer Trust in Food Safety
This study employs the Trust Transfer Theory and the D&M Information Systems Success Model to construct a food safety trust model based on blockchain traceability,and deeply explores the impact mechanism of the blockchain food traceability system on consumer trust in food safety.The study found that system quality and information quality can significantly promote consumer trust in food safety.System trust and supplier trust play a significant intermediary role in this process.Blockchain knowledge plays a significant role in the transfer process from system trust to food safety trust.There is a significant positive regulatory effect.Based on this,it is proposed to build and maintain a blockchain food traceability system,collect and analyze system data,optimize system quality and information disclosure,popularize blockchain knowledge,and other measures to enhance consumer trust in food and further improve food safety levels.
