摘要
为系统总结研究热点、分析未来研究趋势,利用CiteSpace软件的可视化分析功能,系统梳理国内外学界关于ChatGPT的研究文献,以期为后续的研究提供借鉴与参考.结果表明,研究的热点和重心集中在ChatGPT应用、风险规制、发展预测等方面,但在ChatGPT的主体界定、ChatGPT技术创新与政策规制的关系协调、ChatGPT多元化研究方法的应用问题上存在不足.未来研究应把握规范引导向善发展的根本理念,在防范应用风险、重构人机关系、变革知识生产等方面重点发力,以推动ChatGPT朝着有利于促进人类幸福的方向发展.
Abstract
In order to systematically summarize research hotspots and analyze future research trends,the visualization analysis function of Citespace software is used to comb domestic and foreign academic literature on ChatGPT by taking CNJI and Web of Science as data sources.The author,country,research institution,keywords and other related graphs were constructed for visual analysis,in order to provide reference for subsequent research.It is found that the research focuses on the application of ChatGPT,risk regulation and development prediction,but there are shortcomings in the main definition of ChatGPT,the relationship between ChatGPT technological innovation and policy regulation,and the application of diversified research methods of ChatGPT.Future research should grasp the fundamental idea of standardization-guided development,prevent application risks by building relevant institutional systems and promoting technical supervision,reconstruct human-machine relationship by strengthening departmental cooperation and theoretical research,and build a knowledge reform system by changing the subject and presentation of knowledge production,so as to promote the development of ChatGPT in a direction conducive to human happiness.
