Research on Interdisciplinary Innovation in Universities Under the Perspective of Scientific Research Management
By discussing the necessity and the dilemma,it is found that interdisciplinary innovation has achieved certain results but still faced the problems such as inadequate interdisciplinary consciousness,imperfect management system and operation mechanism,and the lack of multidisciplinary background.Combined with the case of analysis,the article puts forward the suggestions including forming a high-starting-point-high-standard cross research platform,building cross talent system,exploring system innovation and strengthening organizational leadership,and optimizing the allocation of resources construction development path,which can provide patterns and countermeasures for interdisciplinary integration innovation,and constantly promote discipline development growth point and scientific research competitiveness.
