科技竞赛对大学生创新能力培养的影响

为探究科技竞赛对大学生创新能力培养的积极作用,进一步优化高校人才培养和实践育人路径,针对在校及已毕业大学生、科技竞赛指导老师进行了问卷调查研究,参考相关文献并结合实际情况,将研究指标分为学习能力、知识水平、思维能力、创新实践 4 个目标层的 14 个指标,进一步针对科技竞赛对于大学生的创新实践能力提升和影响方面研究不足的问题,深入探讨了有关具体影响和作用机制.运用模糊综合评价法和层次分析法,深入考察参与和未参与科技竞赛的两个对照组大学生创新能力的差异.研究表明:科技竞赛经历对在校大学生创新能力产生显著的促进作用,对学生的学习能力、知识水平、思辨能力和创新实践均有显著正面影响.科技竞赛涉及到解决实际问题的过程,需要不同领域的知识相互结合,而跨学科的参赛团队合作正是解决这类问题的有效方式.
The Influence of Science and Technology Competition on the Cultivation of College Students'Innovative Ability
In order to explore the positive effect of science and technology competition on the cultivation of college students'innovative ability and further optimize the path of talent training and practical education in colleges and universities,a questionnaire survey was conducted for college students and graduates and the instructors of science and technology competition.The research index is divided into 14 index levels of 4 target levels:learning ability,knowledge level,thinking ability and innovative practice.However,there are few studies on the improvement and influence of science and technology competition on the innovative practice of college students.This paper deeply discusses the specific influence and mechanism of this aspect.Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the difference of innovation ability between the two control groups participating in science and technology competition is investigated.The research shows that the experience of science and technology competition has a significant role in promoting the innovation ability of college students,and has a significant positive impact on students'learning ability,knowledge level,critical thinking ability,innovation and innovation practice.Science and technology competition involves the process of solving practical problems,which requires the combination of knowledge from different fields,and interdisciplinary team cooperation is an effective way to solve such problems.
