摘要

为构建出更贴近用户需求的老年人智能家居产品技术接受模型,给老年人智能家居产品设计提供依据.首先通过半结构式访谈获取老年人对智能家居产品的使用情况及需求,然后运用扎根理论提炼老年人智能家居产品技术接受模型影响因素,基于原始技术接受模型,融合多个技术扩张模型的解释力,构建老年人智能家居产品技术接受模型.最终提出共含 21 个影响因素的老年人智能家居产品技术接受模型(ESP-TAM).此模型的提出,能为智能家居产品设计者和开发商提供一个实时、精准的调查分析模型,以便推出更为贴切老年人生活需求的智能家居产品.

Abstract

In order to construct a technology acceptance model for smart home products among the elderly that better meets user needs,providing a basis for the design of smart home products for the elderly.Initially,a semi-structured interview approach was employed to gather information on the usage patterns and requirements of the elderly regarding smart home products.Subsequently,utilizing grounded theory,factors influencing the technology acceptance model for smart home products among the elderly were distilled.Finally,building upon the original technology acceptance model and incorporating the explanatory power of multiple technology expansion models,a comprehensive technology acceptance model for smart home products among the elderly was developed.The resulting Elderly Smart Products Technology Acceptance Model(ESP-TAM)encompasses a total of 21 influencing factors.The introduction of this model provides designers and developers of smart home products with a real-time and precise investigative framework,facilitating the launch of smart home products that are more attuned to the lifestyle needs of the elderly.
