复杂产品系统研发过程风险研究综述

复杂产品系统(CoPS)的研发过程具有高度的不确定性和复杂性,涉及诸多风险因素,众多学者针对相关风险进行研究、提供对CoPS研发风险管理的深刻洞见,以期提高CoPS研发成功率.因此,梳理 89 篇来自Web of Science、中国知网等数据库 1998 年至 2023 年间国内外CoPS研发过程风险研究相关文献,从风险管理、风险生成和风险传播 3 个视角,对CoPS研发过程的风险研究工作进行归纳.结果显示在CoPS风险研究领域,风险管理的相关研究最广泛,文献数量从 1998 年开始逐渐增加,数量占比为 78%,是领域内主要研究方向;风险生成相关研究受关注较少,文献数量占比为 11%且在发表时间上较为分散,除 2015 年与 2018 年外每年不多于 1 篇;风险传播相关研究首篇文献发表于 2013 年,近年来受到持续关注,文献数量占比为 11%.其中,风险管理相关研究主要从风险识别、风险评估、风险应对及风险控制 4 个核心环节进行展开,揭示在CoPS研发过程中如何通过多种方法有效识别并应对潜在风险;风险生成相关研究主要针对利益相关者的违约风险、技术风险等探究相关风险生成路径,并对风险因素间的相互作用进行初步探索;风险传播相关研究则分析揭示有关风险是如何在项目的不同阶段和部门间传播.同时可见,当前风险管理研究主要聚焦于单一风险因素的探讨,缺少系统地对CoPS研发过程中的流程或生命周期的风险识别、控制与应对的研究;风险生成研究缺乏对风险耦合产生风险事件机制的深入研究;风险传播研究在一定程度上忽视了风险因素间的动态影响,且相关案例数据的支撑不足.基于此,从研究内容、研究方法角度以及考虑当前及未来的外部宏观环境影响等方面,提出未来可进一步探讨的研究方向.
A Review of Research on Risk in the Development Process of Complex Product Systems
The research and development of complex product systems(CoPS)is highly uncertain and complex,involving many risk factors.Many scholars have conducted research on the risk of the research and development of CoPS,to provide deep insight into CoPS R&D risk management,in order to improve the success rate of the research and development of CoPS.From that,combing 89 documents related to CoPS R&D process risk research from Web of Science,CNKI,and other databases from 1998 to 2023,the risk research work of CoPS development process is summarized from the perspectives of risk management,risk generation,and risk transmission.Results display that in the field of CoPS risk research,the related research on risk management is the most extensive,and the number of literature has gradually increased since 1998,accounting for 78%,which is the main research direction in the field;while the related research on risk generation receives less attention,the number of documents accounts for 11%,and the publication time is relatively scattered,with no more than one article per year except for 2015 and 2018;and the first literature of risk transmission related research was published in 2013,and it has attracted continuous attention in recent years,and the number of documents accounts for 11%.Among them,the risk management related research is mainly carried out from the four core links of risk identification,risk assessment,risk response,and risk control,revealing how to effectively identify and deal with potential risks through various methods in the CoPS development process;risk generation related research mainly explores the generation path of default risks and technical risks of stakeholders,and makes preliminary exploration on the interaction between risk factors;and the research on risk transmission analyzes how risk spreads at different stages and between departments of the project.At the same time,it can be seen that the current risk management research mainly focuses on the discussion of single risk factors,and lacks the systematic risk identification,control and response of the process or life cycle in the process of CoPS development;the research of risk generation lacks of in-depth study on the mechanism of risk coupling and risk events;to some extent,risk transmission research ignores the dynamic influence among risk factors,and the support of relevant case data is insufficient.Based on this,from the perspective of research content,research methods,and considering the current and future external macro environment impact,some research directions that can be further explored in the future are proposed.
