Research on Technology Assessment Methods Based on Technology Readiness Levels
This paper uses literature research,comparative research and content analysis to sort out the theoretical development process and evaluation criteria of technology readiness levels.According to the source of technology readiness information,it is divided into three scenarios:papers,patents and commercialization.It classifies and compares domestic and foreign technology readiness evaluation methods based on different scenarios,analyzes the research status of technology readiness evaluation methods,and discusses the application of technology readiness evaluation methods in technology management,resource planning,and risk prevention and control.Starting from the technical dimension,application dimension and market dimension,a broad technology readiness evaluation index system is constructed and evaluation methods for each index are provided.The evaluation index system includes 5 first-level indicators and 15 second-level indicators.Finally,inspiration and suggestions are provided from three aspects:promotion,application and characteristics of technology readiness evaluation methods,so as to provide reference for subsequent research on technology readiness evaluation methods.
