The Spatial Influence Mechanism and Effect of Digital Key Core Technologies on High-Quality Industrial Development
In order to comprehensively grasp the spatial impact mechanism and effect of digital key core technologies on high-quality industrial development, digital key core technologies are regarded as a dynamic combination of digital key core elements, and a multi-dimensional evaluation index system for digital key core elements is constructed.Using the spatial panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2011 to 2022,this paper explores the spatial effect of digital key core technologies on high-quality industrial development under two distance characteristics conditions through static and dynamic spatial panel models. The results show that:the key core elements of digitalization and the high-quality development of the industry have spatial agglomeration, and the key core elements of digitalization have a spatial effect on the high-quality development of the industry.Under the characteristics of economic distance, digital capital and digital human capital have a shadow effect on the high-quality development of overseas industries;under the distance characteristics of digital new infrastructure, resource endowment has a siphon effect.Digital human capital has a bullwhip effect.Besides, the dynamic space model can correct the estimation error of the static model.Based on this,it is proposed to pay attention to the endowment advantages of key core elements of digitalization and give full play to its positive spatial effect on high-quality industrial development, and utilize agglomeration and diffusion effects to form an inter-regional industrial gradient pattern and promote high-quality coordinated development of inter-regional industries.
