基于动态能力演化的制造业集群创新网络协作机制研究

中国制造业已进入新发展阶段,但目前集群创新网络处于初级发展阶段,面临着低端锁定、科技创新能力弱等问题,阻碍了制造业集群创新网络的转型升级.基于此,首先梳理已有相关文献,从连带关系角度分析制造业集群创新网络协作的形成过程及协作关系的形成条件,采用系统动力学方法模拟制造业集群创新网络的创新动态能力演进,并分别从制造业集群创新网络伙伴选择、数字化技术、资源集成化配置、流程协同和适用性知识 5 个方面探索驱动制造业集群创新网络协作的作用机制.结果发现:构建互联畅通的协作模式是提升制造业集群网络专业化程度、促进集群创新网络向全球价值链攀升的关键,而具有较强互补性、兼容性和高度信任力的合作伙伴可以促进集群内的知识技术共享和资源要素合理分配,为集群创新网络协同创新注入动能,但制造业集群创新网络创新能力的提升需要结合网络所处阶段以及集群的独特性进行合理分析,采取适宜的措施进行优化.其中,制造业集群创新网络的创新能力在演化中期呈现出明显增长态势,且协同要素在这一时期对于产业创新能力的提升效益最明显.具体而言,集群内部的知识重构影响最为显著,其次是内部资源挖潜,而集群外部的资源利用的影响最为显著,外部知识内化同样产生较大影响.最后,从为集群创新协同能力提升注入新活力、加快构建集群创新网络协作数字化生态系统,以及建立并完善网络资源集成配置机制等方面,提出进一步促进中国制造业集群创新发展的对策建议.
Research on Collaboration Mechanism of Manufacturing Clusters Innovation Network Based on Dynamic Capability Evolution
China's manufacturing industry has entered a new stage of development,but at present,the cluster innovation network is in the primary stage of development,facing problems such as low-end locking and weak scientific and technological innovation capacity,which impede the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing cluster innovation network.Based on this,this paper first combs relative literature,analyzes the formation process of manufacturing cluster innovation network collaboration and the conditions for the formation of collaborative relationships from the perspective of the cascade relationship,and adopts the system dynamics method to simulate the evolution of the dynamic capacity of manufacturing cluster network innovation,further explores the role mechanism driving manufacturing cluster innovation network collaboration from five aspects:manufacturing cluster innovation network partner selection,digital technology,integrated resource allocation,process synergy,and applicability knowledge.The results show that:the construction of interconnection and unimpeded collaboration mode is the key to enhance the specialization degree of the manufacturing cluster network and promote the cluster innovation network to the global value chain,while having partners with strong complementarity,compatibility,and high trust can promote the sharing of knowledge and technology and the reasonable allocation of resources within the cluster,and inject momentum into the cluster innovation network collaborative innovation.However,the improvement of the network innovation ability of the manufacturing cluster needs reasonable analysis based on the stage of the network and the uniqueness of the cluster,and taking appropriate measures to optimize.Among them,the innovation ability of the manufacturing cluster innovation network shows an obvious growth trend in the middle stage of the evolution,and the synergistic elements have the most obvious benefits for the improvement of the industrial innovation ability in this period.Specifically,the knowledge reconstruction within the cluster has the most significant impact,followed by the exploitation of internal resources,meanwhile,the resource utilization outside the cluster has the most significant impact,while the internalization of external knowledge also has a great impact.Finally,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to further promote the innovation development of China's manufacturing cluster from the aspects of injecting new vitality into the promotion of cluster innovation coordination ability,accelerating the construction of cluster innovation network collaboration digital ecosystem,and establishing and improving the mechanism of network resource integration and allocation mechanism.
