摘要
基于资源基础观和能力理论,运用模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法探究数字化能力与创新策略的匹配关系,进而提出实现高工程项目绩效的路径.研究表明:(1)数字化能力与创新策略之间存在"多重并发"效应,路径可分为数字化能力拉动型、创新策略驱动型和数字化能力与创新策略协同驱动型;(2)数字化感知能力、模式创新和服务创新对提升工程项目绩效具有普遍适用性.为工程项目管理的数字化转型提供了路径选择与决策参考.
Abstract
Based on the resource-based view and capability theory,the fsQCA method is used to explore the matching relationship between digital capability and innovation strategy,and then the path to achieving high project performance is put forward.This study conducted a questionnaire survey on practitioners with project teamwork experience and obtained a total of 127 valid questionnaires.The results show as follows:(1)There is a"multiple concurrency"effect between digital capability and innovation strategy,and the paths are divided into digital capability-driven,innovation strategy-driven,and digital capability-innovation strategy synergy;(2)Digital perception capability,model innovation,and service innovation have universal effects on improving project performance.It provides path selection and decision support for digital transformation of engineering project management.
