数字基础设施对企业全要素生产率的影响——基于数字化转型的中介效应

运用静态博弈以及演化动态博弈模型,分析数字基础设施对全要素生产率的影响机制,并采用 2013-2020年上市公司数据实证检验数字基础设施对企业全要素生产率的影响以及企业数字化转型的中介效应.结果表明,数字基础设施提升企业的全要素生产率,企业数字化转型是重要的中间机制,回应IT生产率悖论;数字基础设施对第一产业全要素生产率的促进效应远大于第二、第三产业,对高端制造业全要素生产率的正面效应明显高于其他第二产业.因此,政府亟需加强数字基础设施建设,大力支持和引导企业进行数字化转型,针对不同的产业和企业制定差异化的数字化发展政策.
Impact of Digital Infrastructure on Total Factor Productivity of Enterprise:Based on the Mediating Effect of Digital Transformation
This article employs static game theory and evolutionary dynamic game models to analyze the impact mechanism of digital infrastructure on total factor productivity.It empirically verifies,using data from listed companies from 2013 to 2020,the effect of digital infrastructure on enterprise total factor productivity and the mediating effect of enterprise digital transformation.The results show that digital infrastructure enhances enterprise total factor productivity,and enterprise digital transformation serves as an important intermediate mechanism,addressing the IT productivity paradox.The promotion effect of digital infrastructure on total factor productivity in the primary industry is much greater than that in the secondary and tertiary industries.Additionally,its positive effect on total factor productivity in high-end manufacturing industries is significantly higher than in other secondary industries.Therefore,there is an urgent need for the government to strengthen digital infrastructure,vigorously support and guide enterprises in digital transformation,and formulate differentiated digital development policies tailored to different industries and enterprises.
