The Impact Mechanism of Enterprise Digital Technology Innovation on the Development of Its New Quality Productive Forces
In the era of digital economy,digital technology innovation helps to improve information processing efficiency,optimize resource allocation,and promote business model innovation,becoming an important driving force for promoting the development of new quality productivity forces.In order to explore the impact of digital technology innovation on the new quality productivity forces of enterprises,empirical research is conducted using fixed effects models,two-stage least squares methods,and other modeling methods based on data from Chinese listed companies from 2011 to 2021.Research has shown that digital technology innovation in enterprises can significantly promote the development of their new quality productivity forces,and this conclusion remains valid even after being treated with variables such as substitution,exclusion of policy shocks,and instrumental variable methods.The mechanism test results show that digital technology innovation can significantly reduce financing constraints for enterprises and improve management efficiency and total factor productivity,thereby empowering the development of new quality productivity forces.Further heterogeneity exploration based on group regression reveals that digital technology innovation has a stronger empowering effect on the level of new quality productivity forces of high-tech enterprises,non-state-owned enterprises,high supply chain efficiency enterprises,and integrated production and finance enterprises.Based on the research findings,the following suggestions are proposed.Firstly,strengthen the construction of digital technology infrastructure.Secondly,we will focus on stimulating the driving force of digital technology innovation in enterprises.Thirdly,optimize the financing environment for enterprises and provide more accurate financing services for them.Fourthly,optimize internal management of enterprises and promote digital upgrading of enterprise management.Fifth,adopt differentiated support policies to stimulate the innovation potential and market vitality of different enterprises.
