Research on the High Quality Development of Guangxi's Industry Driven by the Allocation of Science and Technology Resources:Analysis Based on the System Dynamics Model
High-quality industrial development is an important support for high-quality economic development,and the allocation of scientific and technological resources is a key link to achieve high-quality industrial development led by scientific and technological innovation.The process of science and technology resource allocation driving the high-quality development of regional industry shows that the allocation of science and technology resources is full of momentum from the perspective of regional science and technology ecology,and in the process of giving industrial development results,the influencing factors are mutually plastic,mutually restrictive and synergistic.Taking Guangxi in the western region as the research object,the role of science and technology resource allocation to drive high-quality industrial development was analyzed.Based on the data from 2015 to 2020,system simulation was used to establish a system dynamics model close to the historical trend,deduce the dynamic process of science and technology resource allocation mechanism to drive high-quality industrial development collaboratively,and development strategies were proposed based on the results of system dynamics simulation:We will increase support for research funding,strengthen regulation and supervision of research funding,and encourage diverse participation of innovation entities.
