Research on Multidimensional Governance of Scientific and Technological Innovation from the Perspective of Entrepreneurial Universities:Based on the Logical Unity of Knowledge,Education,and Organization
The evolution of scientific and technological innovation systems and knowledge production models is driving changes in university governance paradigms.The new pattern of domestic and international dual circulation,high-quality development,and education priority has made it an inevitable trend to build entrepreneurial universities in the new era.This study aims at the conflict between university foundation and system,three-dimensionally analyzes the development of scientific and technological innovation in the context of entrepreneurial universities;horizontally balances university spirit,management values and national strategies,vertically combines theoretical models,national policies and transformation practices;unifies the logic of multiple knowledge,multi-faceted education and multiple organizations throughout;deconstructs the macro,meso,micro and extension subjects participating in co-governance in the entrepreneurial university ecosystem,and clarifies the responsibilities assigned by their roles.Science and technology alliances should each give full play to their kinetic energy advantages,work together to improve system efficiency,and explore the full-chain coupling of Chinese path to modernization university innovation governance.
