Intelligence provides more accurate information support for industrial development, realizes data sharing, intelligent collaboration, and resource complementarity between industries, and helps industries improve the ability of differentiated production, but its impact mechanism on provincial innovation resilience remains to be studied.Based on panel data from 30 provinces in China from 2010 to 2021,this paper adopts the feasible generalized least square method and fixed effect model to empirically analyze the impact of industrial intelligence on provincial innovation resilience and the regional heterogeneity of this impact, and explores the mediating role of the upgrading and rationalization of industrial structure and the moderating role of innovative talent agglomeration. The study finds that industrial intelligence has significantly improved provincial innovation resilience;industrial intelligence significantly enhances provincial innovation resilience in the eastern and central regions of China, but it does not have a notable impact in the western region. The upgrading and rationalization of industrial structure play a partial mediating role in the impact of industrial intelligence on provincial innovation resilience.Additionally, innovative talent agglomeration amplifies the impact of industrial intelligence on provincial innovation resilience. To this end,it is necessary to accelerate the research and development and application of intelligent technology, and enhance the development of production factors,as well as increase investment in capital and intensive industries.
