摘要
企业在国家创新中的主体地位日益凸显,这使得创新领导力成为创新研究和战略管理的新兴研究主题.具备创新领导力的领导者通过制定鼓励创新的政策,营造激励创新的组织氛围,促进和提升员工的创造性和创新行为,进而促进组织发展和绩效提升.通过系统梳理关于创新领导力的文献,分析创新领导力的内涵与测量方法,并与其他相近的领导力概念进行比较,阐明创新领导力的理论基础,总结创新领导力的前因和影响结果.最后对未来研究方向进行展望:要结合中国制度情境和科创产业发展的实际情况,探明创新领导力对于科创企业发展阶段、发展速度和发展绩效的影响作用.
Abstract
The dominant position of enterprises in national innovation is becoming increasingly prominent,which makes innovative leadership an emerging research topic in innovation research and strategic management.Leaders with innovative leadership can promote and enhance employees'creativity and innovative behavior by formulating policies that encourage innovation and creating an organizational atmosphere that encourages innovation,thereby promoting organizational development and performance improvement.This paper systematically combs through the existing literature on innovative leadership,analyzes the connotation and measurement methods of innovative leadership,and compares it with similar leadership concepts,clarifies the theoretical basis of innovative leadership,summarizes the antecedents and impact results of innovative leadership,and finally looks forward to future research directions.It is necessary to combine the system situation in China and the actual situation of the development of science and technology innovation industry,explore the influence role of development stage,development speed,and development performance of science and innovation enterprises.
