颠覆性技术形成产业的创新生态系统——以石墨烯产业为例

各国在颠覆性技术上和未来制高点上的竞争很大程度上变成了产业创新生态系统的竞争.以具有颠覆性的石墨烯产业为典型案例,采用价值网络分析方法,对颠覆性技术形成产业的创新生态系统结构、互动关系和形成机制进行研究.结果发现:颠覆性技术形成产业的创新生态系统在结构上是具有参差交错的复杂结构关系的动态的、开放的复杂自适应系统,进一步可细分为核心层、辅助层、环境层,多元创新主体及创新种群之间互动协同;创新主体集聚、相互作用以及创新资源集聚和流动驱动石墨烯产业创新生态系统的形成.未来应将创新生态系统这一创新范式上升至国家战略层面,针对颠覆性技术形成产业的不同阶段制定不同政策,从创新生态系统的视角分阶段考虑如何充分发挥各类主体的作用,助推颠覆性技术形成产业.
The Innovation Ecosystem of Disruptive Technology Forming Industry:Taking the Graphene Industry as an Example
Competition among countries on disruptive technologies and future commanding heights has largely turned into competition in industrial innovation ecosystems.Taking the disruptive graphene industry as a typical case,this paper uses the value network analysis method to study the structure,interactive relationship,and formation mechanism of the innovation ecosystem of the disruptive technology forming industry.The study finds that the innovation ecosystem of disruptive technology forming industries is a dynamic,open,and complex structure with interlaced and complex structural relationships,the self-adaptive system can be further subdivided into the core layer,auxiliary layer,and environment layer,there are interaction and coordination between multiple innovation subjects and innovation populations.The agglomeration and interaction of innovation subjects and the agglomeration and flow of innovation resources jointly drive the formation of the graphene industry innovation ecosystem.In the future,the innovation paradigm of the innovation ecosystem should be elevated to the national strategic level,and different policies should be formulated for different stages of disruptive technologies forming industries.From the perspective of innovation ecosystem,it is crucial to consider how to give full play to the role of various subjects to boost the industry of disruptive technologies.
