Dynamic Mechanism Model of Micro-Innovation of Enterprises Producing Novel and Unique Products with Special and Sophisticated Technologies in the DIgital Era and Its Stage-by-Stage Influencing Factors
The purpose of this paper is to deeply understand the driving factors and stages of micro-innovation in enterprises that use special and sophisticated technologies to produce novel and unique products(SRDI enterprises),so as to provide a way to relieve the stranglehold some countries have tightened on China's development of core technologies,and achieve technological leap.It collects relevant secondary data from enterprise annual reports,enterprise websites,and academic journals,uses Python programming technology to conduct text mining and patent citation network analysis to identify micro-innovation SRDI enterprises with a high degree of digital transformation,and uses the coding technology of grounded theory to construct micro-innovation motivation mechanism models.Two typical enterprises are further selected for case studies to explore the 3 stages of micro-innovation:opportunity identification and framing,continuous trial and error and rapid iteration,and one round innovation and their influencing factors.The conclusion shows that the industry environment and partners play a guiding role as externally orientated factors in the identification of micro-innovation opportunities;the knowledge ecosystem and organisational capabilities are internal drivers,which interact with each other to promote the continuous trial-and-error and iteration of micro-innovation;and the digital infrastructure and the digital economy provide digital empowerment for micro-innovation to enhance the efficiency of innovation.Based on this,recommendations are made for building a corporate knowledge ecosystem,enhancing organisational capabilities,adapting to the external environment and strengthening collaboration,and developing digital infrastructure for micro-innovation.
