Analysis of Efficiency Evaluation and Key Influencing Factors of Emerging Industries in Guangdong Province from the Perspective of New Quality Productive Forces
New quality productive forces is an important lever for achieving Chinese modernization and high-quality development.However,there is still a lack of industry discussions and quantitative research in the academic community regarding the cultivation of these forces.By delving into the conceptual connotations of new quality productive forces and focusing on Guangdong province,this study systematically proposes 14 related emerging industries from the perspective of new quality productive forces,and uses the DEA-Malmquist model and BMA model to investigate the technological efficiency and key influencing factors of these industries in Guangdong from 2015 to 2022,considering internal industry indicators,new participants,new penetration factors,and internal industry factors.The results show that the technological efficiency of the 14 industries develops in a tortuous manner and the key influencing factors include enterprises'own risk resistance capacity,environmental treatment capacity,government-directed support,industrial structure,government financing support,and market demand.Therefore,the government should strengthen targeted support for emerging strategic industries,guide the green development of industries,improve financial support service system,and expand the consumer market size to promote the development of the industries so as to accelerate the development of new quality productive forces.
