电信领域通过《专利合作条约》(PCT)在中国申请专利的技术主题识别与演化趋势——基于BERTopic主题模型的分析

为真实反映针对中国电信领域的技术布局与竞争态势,采集电信领域通过《专利合作条约》(PCT)申请进入中国国家阶段的中国、美国、日本、韩国这4个国家2009-2020年PCT专利摘要文本形成数据集,利用BERTopic主题模型分析挖掘提取各数据集的技术主题及其发展演化情况.结果发现,电信领域中国、美国、日本、韩国进入中国国家阶段的PCT专利申请中,中国在小区测量技术,美国在图像处理、波束成形、音频元器件技术,日本在无线电信系统和电子元器件技术,韩国在图像视频编码和无线电信系统等技术方向各占优势,并逐渐交叉重叠.根据研究发现,提出我国电信行业创新主体要继续锚定基础设施建设,拓展应用层面技术开发和加强国际合作的研发建议.
Technical Topics Identification and Evolution Trend of PCT Applications Entering China in the Telecommunication Field:An Analysis Based on the BERTopic Model
This study collects PCT data applied from 2009 to 2020 by China,the United States,Japan,and the Republic of Korea to form datasets,which have entered the national phase of China in the telecommunication field,then uses the BERTopic model to mine and extract the technical topics and development trends of each dataset to reflect the technical layout and competitive situation.The results show that each country has its own advantages in various technical directions and is gradually showing a trend of overlapping.China has advantages in community measurement technology,the United States in image processing,beamforming and audio component technology,Japan in wireless communication systems and electronic component technology,and the Republic of Korea in image video coding and wireless communication system technology.According to the study findings,this paper proposes of R&D advice that innovative entities in China's telecommunications industry should continue to focus on infrastructure construction,expand application technology development,and strengthen international cooperation.
