A Study on the Covariate Effects of Talent and Wealth on Green Technology Innovation Based on the Haken Model
This paper aims to explore the conjugate relationship between scientific and technological talent concentration and green financial development and its role in green technological innovation, and to analyze the factors affecting the level of conjugate effect. It selects the sample data of 30 regions in China from 2007 to 2020,measures the level of scientific and technological talent concentration and green financial development by using the entropy weight method, and the heterogeneity analysis and the analysis of influencing factors are carried out by identifying the conjugate relationship between them, judging the existence of conjugate effect, and quantifying the conjugate effect into the regression model with the help of the Haken model. The results of the study show that:(1)The two systems of scientific and technological talent concentration and green financial development promote each other, and directly and indirectly enhance the green technological innovation with each other as the intermediary,i.e.there is a conjugate effect.(2)Heterogeneity analysis reveals that the enabling effect of the conjugate effect on green technological innovation is more significant in the central region and regions with high level of informationization, while it is difficult to play an enabling role in regions with high level of environmental regulation and small population size.(3)The level of green economy development, transportation level, foreign direct investment on the conjugate effect show a positive impact, but energy structure of the contribution is significantly negative, the level of urbanization and environmental regulations have a non-significant positive effect. Therefore, from the perspective of non-independence of the two factors of"the wealth of talent"and"the wealth of finance",it answers the question of whether they can promote green technological innovation under the conjugate drive, and emphasized that provinces should take both account"gathering talents"and"accumulating wealth"into consideration to provide empirical evidence and policy references for the realization of green and low carbon.
