摘要
企业知识产权管理研究日益受到重视,其对企业竞争力提升的作用愈发凸显.为深入探究该领域,研究以美国 Web of Science核心合集数据库为数据来源,运用文献计量方法,对 2000-2022 年间以"企业知识产权管理"为主题的 4 524 篇文献进行分析.通过梳理高被引文献及其引证关系,绘制演进脉络图,剖析研究主题的全景与发展脉络中的关键节点,发现研究经历了理论形成、战略管理体系发展、管理体系渐进成形 3 个阶段.研究还梳理出26 个热点主题,涵盖知识产权与企业战略管理、创造管理、保护管理、运营管理及与投资并购融合管理等维度.基于上述分析,研究提出了企业知识产权管理国外研究的整体性框架,明确知识产权战略在企业战略中的核心地位,以及开放式创新对知识产权创造的关键作用.最后,研究对未来数字经济时代背景下的企业知识产权管理研究及整合管理研究提出展望.
Abstract
The research on enterprise intellectual property management has received increasing attention,and its role in enhancing enterprise competitiveness has become more prominent.To explore this field in depth,this study uses the Web of Science Core Collection database as the data source and employs the bibliometric method to analyze 4 524 papers on the theme of"enterprise intellectual property management"from 2000 to 2022.By sorting out the highly cited papers and their citation relationships,drawing the evolutionary context map,and analyzing the panorama of research topics and the key nodes in the development context,it is found that the research has gone through three stages:theoretical formation,development of strategic management system,and the gradual formation of management system.The study also sorts out 26 hot topics,covering the dimensions of intellectual property and enterprise strategic management,creation management,protection management,operation management,and the integrated management with investment and mergers and acquisitions.Based on the above analysis,this study proposes an overall framework for foreign research on enterprise intellectual property management,clarifies the core position of intellectual property strategy in enterprise strategy,and the crucial role of open innovation in intellectual property creation.Finally,the study puts forward prospects for future research on enterprise intellectual property management in the context of the digital economy era and integrated management research.
