Empirical Study on Knowledge Sharing Behavior of Virtual Community Users Based on Social Cognitive Theory
On the basis of existing literature and social cognitive theory, we built a conceptual model of the virtual community users' knowledge sharing behavior, and proposed some hypotheses. We designed a questionnaire about the knowledge sharing behavior of virtual community users, and used SPSS 17. 0 and Amos 17. 0 to analyze the collected data. We found that community climate (reciprocity, fairness and innovation) has significant positive effects on knowledge sharing behavior, self-efficacy and outcome expectation; self-efficacy has significant positive effects on knowledge sharing behavior and outcome expectations outcome expectation has no significant positive influence on knowledge sharing behavior.
