我国装备制造业技术创新能力评价及提升对策研究——基于微粒群算法的实证分析

从技术创新资源投入能力、研究开发能力、产出能力三方面构建了我国装备制造业技术创新能力评价指标体系.在此基础上,首先以与最优和最劣评价对象 E离之和最小为准则,建立了一个关于权重的非线性规划问题,运用微粒群算法确定各指标的权重;其次,对我国装备制造业中的7个行业在各指标上的值进行加权求和,从而得到各行业技术创新能力的评价结果;最后,提出了我国装备制造业技术创新能力的提升对策.
Comprehensive Evaluation and Upgrade Strategy of the Technology Innovation Ability of Equipment Manufacturing Industry in China——Based on Particle Swarm Optimization
From resources into the ability of technological innovation, research and development capabilities, the output capacity to build the evaluation index system of the technological innovation capability of Chinas equipment manufacturing industry. On this basis* first based on the object with the best and worst and the minimum distance criterion, this paper establishes the weight of a nonlinear programming problem, uses panicle swarm optimization to determine the weight. Secondly, the value of China's equipment manufacturing industry in the seven industries in the various indicators on the weighted sum, in order to get the results of the evaluation of the technological innovation capability in various industries; At last, put forward the technology innovation capability of China's equipment manufacturing industry countermeasures.
