能源视角下数字技术创新的减污降碳效应及机制探究

加快能源结构向可再生能源转型是碳达峰、碳中和的关键路径,数字经济作为经济高质量发展新引擎,其核心产业的创新发展对实现能源领域的碳减排至关重要。依托2010-2020 年中国省际数据,深入分析数字技术创新在降低碳排放中的作用机制,探讨了能源结构、绿色金融及金融深化水平的影响。研究表明:数字技术创新对碳排放具有显著的抑制作用,能源消费结构在数字技术创新降低碳排放中扮演中介角色,绿色金融则起到调节作用,两者共同促进减排。金融深化水平在数字技术创新的减污降碳过程中存在负向单门槛效应,且数字技术创新对碳排放的影响存在区域异质性。因此,要加速数字技术创新步伐,促进能源结构向可再生能源转型,推广绿色金融实践,同时要针对不同区域制定差异化减排政策,有效推动各区域实现碳减排工作。
Exploring the Effect and Mechanism of Pollution Reduction and Carbon Reduction of Digital Technology Innovation from the Perspective of Energy
Accelerating the transition of energy structure to renewable energy is the key path to carbon peak and carbon neutrality,and digital economy,as a new engine for high-quality economic develop-ment,and the innovation and development of its core industries are crucial for realizing carbon emission reduction in the energy sector.Relying on China's inter-provincial data from 2010 to 2020,this paper analyzes in-depth the mechanism of digital technological innovation in reducing carbon emissions,and examines the impact of energy structure,green finance and the level of financial deepening.The study shows that digital technological innovation has a significant inhibiting effect on carbon emissions,energy consumption structure plays an intermediary role in reducing carbon emissions by digital technological innovation,and green finance plays a moderating role,both of which jointly promote emission reduc-tion.The level of financial deepening has a negative single-threshold effect in the process of pollution reduction and carbon reduction by digital technological innovation,and there is regional heterogeneity in the impact of digital technological innovation on carbon emissions.Therefore,it is necessary to accel-erate the pace of digital technological innovation,promote the transformation of energy structure to re-newable energy,promote green financial practices,and formulate differentiated emission reduction poli-cies for regional differences,so as to effectively promote the realization of national and regional carbon emission reduction targets.
