This paper summarizes the concept of OBE(Outcomes-Based Education),clarifies its definition and connotation,and ana-lyzes its wide application in the field of education.This paper deeply analyzes the current situation of teaching supervision in private col-leges and universities,points out the existing problems,and puts forward the practical path to improve teaching supervision in private colleges and universities by using the OBE concept for reference.
