摘要
运用模糊数学综合评价理论建立了分布和判断矩阵,设计了装备制造业可持续发展综合评价模型,提出了创办"绿色银行"和制定"绿色币"信贷制度的新思路以及由"绿色银行"按照综合评价指标体系对装备制造企业进行绿色星级评估的具体操作方法.
Abstract
This paper Offers a weighted factor distribution and judgment matrix,and develops a model of sustainable development of equipment industry enterprise according to the theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, then suggesting a new idea of constructing the green bank and the credit system of green money based on which a series of green starenterprise evaluation operations for equipment industry are exposed.
