基于改进的CASA模型的南宁市区NPP及其时空分析

在原CASA模型基础上,依托MODIS数据,对有效辐射吸收比例、水分胁迫系数和最大光能转化率演算这3种方法进行了改进.估算出南宁市区2000-2013年期间的净初级生产力(NPP)的平均值达到20.77 gC·m-2·a-1,市区NPP的空间分异明显,良庆区的平均NPP最大,西乡塘区的最小,且降雨量是影响南宁市区NPP变化的最主要驱动因子.
Spatial-temporal Variation of NPP in Nanning Metropolitan Based on Improved CASA Model
Based on CASA model and MODIS data, the paper had modified the three methods of the fraction absorbed of photosynthetically active radiation (FPAR) extraction, water stress coefficient calculation and the maximum energy conversion selection. The results showed that the average net primary productivity(NPP) of Nanning metropolitan reached 20.77 gC · m-2 · a-1 from 2000 to 2013; the spatial distribution of NPP was pronounced, among which the average NPP of the Liangqing District was maximun and the Xixiangtang District was minimum; in addition , NPP was mainly driven by precipitation in the study.
