面向碰撞概率设计的数控机床载荷稳定性估计方法研究

为了提高数控机床切削工件时的稳定性,提出一种基于碰撞概率的数控机床载荷稳定性估计方法。对数控机床切削的轨迹进行建模,提取刀具运行轨迹的特征点,利用剪枝法对聚类树进行剪枝处理,获得刀具运行轨迹的尺度特征,并依此为依据,利用蒙特卡洛对刀具与工件的碰撞概率进行仿真,计算不同运行轨迹中发生碰撞的概率。仿真实验结果表明,改进算法能够对数控机床稳定性进行准确分析,效果令人满意。
CNC Machine Load Stability Estimation Research Oriented Collision Probability Design
In order to improve the stability of the numerical control machine tool cutting artifacts, in this paper, a CNC machine load stability estimation method based on the collision probability. Trajectory modeling of nc machine tool cutting, feature point extraction tool path, pruning method is used to analyse the clustering tree pruning, gain characteristics of the scale of the cutting tool path, and in accordance with this as the basis, using the monte carlo simulation of the collision probability of cutter and workpiece, calculating the probability of collision in different trajectories. The simulation experimental results show that the improved algorithm can accurate analysis on the stability of CNC machine tools, the effect is satisfied.
