摘要

自碳达峰、碳中和目标提出以来,建筑能耗领域备受重视.相较于传统的建筑能耗分析,BIM(building information modeling)技术能对建筑进行更全面、精确的能耗分析.本文以杭州某教学楼为研究对象,利用BIM分析软件Ecotect对其进行光环境与热环境方面的分析,考察其在绿色建筑评价标准下的表现,根据分析结果可以给类似建筑的设计提供一定的参考.

Abstract

Since the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality was put forward,the field of building energy consumption has attracted more attentions.Compared with the traditional analysis of building energy consumption,BIM(building information modeling)technology can carry out a more comprehensive and accurate analysis of building energy consumption.Taking a teaching building in Hangzhou as the research object,this paper conducted an analysis for its light and thermal environment by using the BIM analysis software Ecotect,and examined its performance under the green building evaluation standards.The analysis results can provide certain reference value for the design of similar buildings.
