Risk Analysis of Emergency Construction of Ship Collision Bridge Based on Digital Twin
There are few studies on the risk control of ship collision bridge rescue construction.Relying on a ship collision bridge rescue construction, this paper firstly analyzes the secondary accident risk of continuous collapse of superstructure, and then analyzes the risk such as vibration and earthquake in rescue construction. The risk control platform of ship collision bridge construction based on digital twin was established, and the prediction analysis was carried out based on the monitoring results of horizontal displacement and settlement of pier and cover beam. The results show that the ship's impact force is far greater than the shear capacity of the column of 1 717.9 kN,plastic hinge appears at the bottom of the column, when the column top settlement reaches 2.6 cm,there will be a risk of superstructure slip, urgent reinforcement and dynamic monitoring. The vibration velocity of steel pipe pile during emergency construction is far less than that stipulated in the Blasting Safety Regulations, and the impact of construction vibration on the column is less, but the seismic performance of the pier column is significantly reduced after damage. When the peak value of seismic wave reaches 11.148 GAL or above, the maximum axial force generated at the bottom of the column is greater than the axial bearing capacity of 11 027.78 kN.There are serious safety risks;Through the improved wavelet denoising grey LSTM(long short-term memory)combination model, the settlement change prediction results for the next three days, five days and seven days are obtained, and the relative errors are all within 15%,basically consistent with the measured monitoring results.Using manual intervention can realize the two-way interaction between physical entity and virtual twin to ensure the safety of emergency construction.
