工业聚集区内污水管道病害研究进展

工业废水成分复杂、污染水平较高,即使经过预处理仍可能对连接排水系统造成一定影响.现阶段针对工业聚集区内污水管道性能退化和病害的研究相对较少.本文以H市典型工业聚集区内的管道现状为调研对象,阐明在工业聚集背景下管道病害的基本分布情况,围绕沉积、结晶、腐蚀和破坏等功能性和结构性病害,系统性地探讨病害产生原因,明确工业聚集背景下病害发生的不同,并分析不同病害之间的相互作用机制.基于此,构建病害控制的针对性策略,为工业聚集背景下管道系统的稳定运行提供技术参考.
Progress of Research on Sewage Pipe Diseases in Industrial Agglomerations
Industrial wastewater has a complex composition and high pollution level,which may still cause certain im-pact on the connected drainage system even after pre-treatment.However,relatively little research has been conducted at this stage on the performance degradation and disease of wastewater pipes in industrial agglomerations.Taking the current situation of pipelines in a typical industrial agglomeration in city H as the investigation object,the basic distri-bution of pipeline diseases in this context is clarified.Then,the causes of diseases are systematically explored around functional and structural diseases such as deposition,crystallization,corrosion and damage,and the interaction mech-anisms between different diseases are analyzed.Besides,the differences in disease occurrence in the context of indus-trial agglomeration were identified.Based on these analyses,a targeted strategy for disease control is constructed to provide a technical reference for the stable operation of pipeline systems in the context of industrial agglomeration.
