摘要
青海德令哈地区750 kV变电站在高海拔地区采用八跨连续悬吊管型母线(管母),每跨长度为48 m,同时在管母与绝缘子串联接处采用双挂点金具,可借鉴的工程案例较少.针对管母的以上特点,本文提出多跨悬吊式管母力学分析的思路,即先以单跨管母为研究对象,求解双挂点金具中斜拉杆的拉力和绝缘子串的拉力,再将斜拉杆的拉力代入多跨管母力学模型中,用力矩分配法求得多跨管母的弯矩和应力,最后求得多跨管母的挠度,并将所得结果与有限元模型分析结果进行比较.研究表明:管母在自重、跨中安装引下线、覆冰10 mm等工况下,最大挠度和最大应力均能满足规范的要求,管母悬吊方案可行.理论分析结果与有限元结果比较一致.
Abstract
Delingha 750kV substation contains eight span continuous suspended busbars with the span length of 48 m and rods is used to connect the insulator string with the busbar.Similar projects are seldom be seen in the area with the high altitude in China.Based on the design data of this project,both the analytical solution and finite element analy-sis(FEA)are performed to verify the design scheme of this substation under different working conditions.First,the single-span busbar is analyzed to calculate the tension of the inclined rod and the tension of insulator string.Then,the tension of the inclined rod is inputted into the multi-span busbar model,and the bending moment and deflection of the busbar are gained using structural mechanics method.Finally,the deflection curve and the maximum stress are gained.Results show that the maximum deflection and maximum bending stress of the busbar can meet with the require-ments of related codes under different loading cases,the fluctuation of the whole line is small,and the theoretical re-sults are in agreement with those from FEA.
