Design of Internet of Things Control System for Boiler Water Quality Detection Based on MQTT Protocol
Aiming at the problem of on-line real-time boiler water quality detection,an Internet of Things control sys-tem for boiler water quality detection based on MQTT(message queuing telemetry transport)protocol was developed.A multi-channel syringe pump and a"Z"shaped flow cell are designed to form a pump valve flow path, which is matched with a photoelectric detection circuit for spectrophotometric detection;Build the IOT control system with L610 networking communication module and web application; The photoelectric detection module is composed of low-power light-emitting diodes and photocells, which can detect the transmitted light intensity of the flow cell. The collected da-ta is sent back to the STM32 microcontroller for calculation, and the MQTT protocol is used to connect to the server for data transmission to realize Web page display and remote command control. The designed Internet of Things control system for boiler water quality detection can be remotely intelligently monitored through a computer to realize real-time online detection of boiler water quality.
