摘要
引进大院名校共建创新载体是浙江省科技创新体系的重要组成部分.本文在客观分析浙江省创新载体建设现状的基础上,探索构建包含载体综合实力、载体研发创新、科技成果转移转化、科技人才引育、服务浙江发展五方面的评价指标体系并进行评价分析,进一步探讨深化共建创新载体的对策建议.
Abstract
It is an important part of our province's science and technology innovation system to introduce the innova-tion carrier of universities and colleges.Based on an objective analysis of the current situation of innovation carrier con-struction in Zhejiang Province,this paper explores and analyzes the construction of an evaluation index system includ-ing the comprehensive strength of the carrier,the innovation of the carrier,the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements,the cultivation of scientific and technological talents,and the service for the develop-ment of Zhejiang Province,and further discusses the countermeasures and suggestions for deepening the construction of innovation carrier.
