数据驱动下火电厂主管线三维自动建模方法研究

常规的三维管道建模是人工手动绘制,对于大型管道的建模,耗时长、效率低且建模质量受到绘制者技术水平所约束.本文基于数据驱动及三维建模技术对CATIA软件进行二次开发,建立管线信息数据库、管线零件库,提出一种基于管线数据信息的三维自动建模方法,通过归类分析管道、管道零件及制定自动绘制方法、连接规则,实现管道自动绘制、各零件自动连接、管线网络系统的三维自动建模,提高了管线三维模型设计、建模效率,保证其设计的统一性、规范性,有利于保证模型设计的质量,减少人工设计强度.
Research on Data-driven Automatic 3D Modeling Method for the Main Pipeline of Thermal Power Plants
Conventional 3D pipeline modelling is manually drawn,which is time-consuming and inefficient for large pipelines,and the quality of the modelling is constrained by the technical level of the drawer.Based on the data-driven and 3D modelling technology,CATIA software was developed to establish a pipeline information database and a pipe-line parts library,and a 3D automatic modelling method based on pipeline data information was proposed to realize au-tomatic pipeline drawing,automatic connection of parts and 3D automatic modelling of pipeline network system by cat-egorizing and analyzing pipelines and pipeline parts and formulating automatic drawing methods and connection rules,which improved the efficiency of pipeline 3D model design and modelling efficiency,ensure the unity and standardiza-tion of its design,help ensure the quality of model design and reduce the intensity of manual design.
