摘要

本文是针对变摩擦阻尼器无系统研究方法及具体规范的支撑.通过理论推导得出单自由度体系在谐振激励下结构位移、耗能比计算公式并确定摩擦系数、坡面长度、坡度和碟簧刚度等为影响弹簧-坡面变摩擦阻尼器力学性能的重要参数,采用自编程序对弹簧-坡面变摩擦阻尼器进行参数分析,研究结果发现:(1)弹簧-坡面变摩擦阻尼器摩擦系数宜取0.5以上;(2)宜适当增加坡面长度且平面段长度宜小于结构屈服位移;(3)当弹簧-坡面变摩擦阻尼器耗能不足时,宜优先考虑增大坡度;(4)当增大坡度仍无法满足弹簧-坡面变摩擦阻尼器耗能需求时,可考虑增大碟簧刚度.研究结果为实际工程应用中弹簧-坡面变摩擦阻尼器参数确定提供参考.

Abstract

There is no systematic research method and specific specification support for variable friction dampers.Through theoretical derivation,the calculation formulas of structural displacement and energy dissipation ratio of sin-gle-degree-of-freedom system under resonance excitation are obtained,and the friction coefficient,slope length,slope and disc spring stiffness are determined as important parameters affecting the mechanical properties of spring-slope variable friction damper.The parameters of spring-slope variable friction damper are analyzed by self-compiled program.The results show that:(1)The friction coefficient of spring-slope variable friction damper should be more than 0.5;(2)The length of the slope should be appropriately increased and the length of the plane section should be less than the yield displacement of the structure;(3)When the energy consumption of spring-slope friction damper is insufficient,it should be given priority to increase the slope.(4)When increasing the slope is still unable to meet the energy demand of the spring-slope friction damper,increasing the stiffness of the disc spring can be considered.The research results provide a reference for the parameter determination of spring-slope variable friction damper in practical engineering applications.
