Analysis of Inclined Well Excavation Scheme Based on Value Engineering Concept
In engineering projects, due to the pursuit of technical means and ignoring its construction costs,it is easy to form a traditional"nodding project",which is not conducive to the cost of the project. The introduction of ba-sic principles of value engineering in the selection of solutions can not only realize project functions, but also carry out cost control scientifically and reasonably. In the rapid excavation of inclined wells with poor geological conditions, high groundwater table, large excavation slope, small section and long distance, not only the mechanization of con-struction is limited, but also the slope inclination angle and over-under-excavation are difficult to control.By drawing the hierarchical analysis diagram of the functional system, the analytic hierarchy method is used to calculate the func-tional weight coefficient of each level, and then the corresponding value coefficient is calculated according to the func-tional coefficient and the cost coefficient. The results show that the scheme with the largest value coefficient is the two-step excavation method, followed by the full-section excavation method, and then the surrounding rock category is further optimized, and an excavation combination scheme according to the characteristics of the inclined well is proposed:the class Ⅲ.surrounding rock inclined well section is excavated by the full-section excavation method, and the Ⅳ.class Ⅴ surrounding rock inclined well section is excavated by the two-step excavation method. The opti-mized scheme has achieved remarkable results in economic and social benefits, saving 474 100 yuan,or about 7.43%,compared with the original three-step excavation scheme; The construction period was shortened by 32 days, about 8.37%.
