进口再生塑料颗粒中双酚A、双酚S的溶出特性研究

为了加强我国进口塑料颗粒的监管,降低我国进口再生塑料颗粒使用风险,建立更加完善、更加严格的限值标准.本文以聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚丙烯(PP)、聚乙烯(PE)、聚苯乙烯(PS)以及丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)为原料的进口再生塑料颗粒为研究对象,采用高效液相色谱-紫外检测法对5种进口再生塑料颗粒中双酚A和双酚S的含量进行分析,并进一步探究接触时间、温度及模拟溶液对再生塑料颗粒中双酚A和双酚S溶出的影响.结果表明:(1)5种进口再生塑料颗粒中,ABS颗粒中双酚A、双酚S含量均为最高,含量平均值分别为(69.44±5.32)mg/kg与(125.59±5.62)mg/kg.(2)探究接触时间影响因素过程中,双酚A和双酚S在模拟溶液的溶出量总体在96~168 h内增长较快,直到240 h溶出量达到平衡.(3)探究温度影响因素过程中,在70℃条件下双酚A和双酚S总溶出量均明显大于40℃与25℃.(4)探究模拟溶液影响因素过程中,双酚S在乙酸模拟液中均未溶出,双酚A在乙醇中的溶出量明显高于乙酸,存在相似相溶解效应.
Research on the Dissolution Characteristics of Bisphenol A and Bisphenol S in Imported Recycled Plastic Granules
In order to strengthen the supervision of my country's imported plastic granules and reduce the risk of using my country's imported recycled plastic granules,a more complete and stricter limit standard has been established.The study used high performance liquid chromatography-ultraviolet detection to analyze the content of bisphenol A and bi-sphenol S in five imported recycled plastic particles,and further explored the contact time,temperature and simula-tion effect of solution on the dissolution of bisphenol A and bisphenol S from recycled plastic pellets.The results showed that:(1)Among the five kinds of recycled plastic granules,the contents of bisphenol A and bisphenol S in ABS recycled plastic granules were the highest,with the average content of(69.44±5.32)mg/kg and(125.59±5.62)mg/kg,respectively.(2)In the process of exploring the influencing factors of contact time,the dissolution amount of bisphenol A and bisphenol S in the simulated solution showed an obvious increasing trend within 96-168 h,until 240 h the dissolution amount reached equilibrium.(3)In the process of exploring the factors affecting tempera-ture,the total dissolution of bisphenol A and bisphenol S at 70℃ was significantly greater than that at 40℃ and 25℃.(4)In the process of exploring the influencing factors of the simulated solution,bisphenol S was not dissolved in the acetic acid simulated solution,and the amount of bisphenol A dissolved in ethanol was significantly higher than that in acetic acid,indicating that there was a similar phase dissolution effect.
