合成生物学赋能生物经济高质量发展的对策研究——以浙江为例

合成生物学作为融合生物学、工程学、化学和信息技术等学科的新兴领域,是21 世纪生物学领域催动颠覆性创新的前沿代表,也是带动未来生物经济发展的关键力量.本文分析探讨国内外合成生物学发展态势,研究发现目前美国处于国际领先地位,国内仍处于早期发展阶段,但在专利申请等基础研究方面已有突出优势,初步形成以深圳、天津、上海为代表的合成生物学发展模式.结合浙江省合成生物学在技术储备、创新平台、标志性成果等方面的发展基础,基于比较分析视角研判其在战略谋划、创新资源、创新主体和科技伦理等方面存在的问题,针对性地提出加快合成生物学技术创新、产业发展,推动生物经济高质量发展的对策建议.
As an emerging field that integrates biology,engineering,chemistry and information technology,synthetic biology is the frontier representative of the field of biology in the 21st century to promote disruptive innovation,and it is also a key force driving the development of the future bioeconomy.This paper analyzes and discusses the develop-ment trend of synthetic biology at home and abroad,and finds that the United States is currently in the leading posi-tion in the world,and China is still in the early stage of development,but it has outstanding advantages in basic re-search such as patent applications,and initially forms a synthetic biology development model represented by Shenzhen,Tianjin and Shanghai.Based on the development foundation of synthetic biology in Zhejiang in terms of technology re-serve,innovation platform and landmark achievements,the study analyzed the in strategic planning,innovation re-sources,innovation subjects and science and technology ethics based on comparative analysis,and proposed counter-measures and suggestions to accelerate the technological innovation and industrial development of synthetic biology and promote the high-quality development of biological economy.
