Design and Application of Intelligent Operations and Maintenance Platform for Tobacco Manufacturing System
With the implementation of the national"Integration of Informatization and Industrialization"strategy,to-bacco enterprises have actively responded and carried out comprehensive information construction,deeply integrating internet,cloud computing,big data and other technologies with the tobacco industry.As informati technology contin-ues to develop in tobacco enterprises,the business systems and data volume of informatization are increasing exponen-tially.At the same time,various business systems within tobacco enterprises are relatively independent,lacking effec-tive data sharing and collaboration between systems,and there are problems of system silos.The lack of effective col-laborative support between the business end and equipment end operation and maintenance brings great challenges to the daily work of operation and maintenance personnel.This article studies the landing scenario of Artificial Intelli-gence for IT Operations in tobacco enterprises.The Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations platform based on the dual stability of tobacco manufacturing business and IT resources is designed through the application of four scenarios:intel-ligent analysis of abnormal performance indicators,intelligent judgment and assistance of system failures,centralized log management and analysis,and prediction of system performance capacity.
