摘要
科技创新数字化改革在改革跑道架构、应用场景建设等方面已经初见成效,并且基本构建了最佳应用形成机制.本文针对存在的问题,从健全战略领域关键核心技术攻关机制、完善大型科研仪器开放共享机制、构建战略科技力量培育机制等方面提出深化改革的对策建议.
Abstract
The digital reform of technological innovation has achieved initial results in reforming the runway architec-ture and application scenario construction,and has basically established the best application formation mechanism.In view of the existing problems,countermeasures and suggestions for deepening reform are proposed from the aspects of improving the mechanism for tackling key core technologies in strategic areas,improving the open sharing mechanism for large-scale scientific research instruments,and constructing a mechanism for cultivating strategic scientific and tech-nological forces.
